Triumph Trailers in Ontario

Everything worth knowing before you buy one — who builds them, what the lineup covers, what they cost, and how to get one without driving to a lot.

We sell Triumph trailers and nothing else. That is not a limitation we apologise for — it means when you ask which of two models suits your load better, you get an answer from someone who has delivered both. Every 2027 model we stock is listed on this site with its price beside it, plus HST.

Who makes Triumph trailers?

Triumph Trailers builds in Tillsonburg, Ontario, with its own galvanizing facilities. The lineup runs from small single-axle utility trailers up to tri-axle goosenecks, and it is sold through dealers across Canada, the United States and Mexico. So a Triumph bought in Southwestern Ontario is a trailer built a couple of hours up the road, not one shipped in from overseas.

What the lineup covers

Six families, and the differences between them matter more than the model codes do:

Utility

The everyday workhorse — mowers, quads, furniture, dump runs. Aluminum or galvanized, single or tandem axle.

Dump

Hydraulic box for soil, gravel, roofing tear-off and brush. Ramps and a tarp are included in our price.

Car & Equipment

Deck between the fenders, ramps at the back. For vehicles, skid steers and compact machines.

See equipment trailers ›

Deckover

Deck sits above the wheels, so the full width is usable. For wide loads that a between-fenders deck cannot take.

Gooseneck

Hitches in the truck bed rather than at the bumper. More stable and more capacity for the heaviest hauling.

Enclosed Cargo

Locked and out of the weather — tools, inventory, bikes. Galvanized or painted.

Galvanized, aluminum or painted?

This is the question worth getting right, because it decides how the trailer looks in five winters.

Galvanized steel

Most of the lineup. Hot-dip galvanized rather than painted, so a chip or a scrape does not become the place rust starts. On Ontario roads in February, that is the difference that shows. Heavier than aluminum, and stronger for it — every dump, deckover, equipment and gooseneck trailer is galvanized steel.

Aluminum

Offered on utility trailers. It will not rust at all and it is noticeably lighter, which matters if you are towing behind a half-ton or an SUV rather than a heavy truck. It costs more than the galvanized equivalent in the same size.

Painted

Found on some enclosed cargo trailers. Cheaper up front. Keep an eye on stone chips along the lower panels.

What they cost

Across the models we currently list, prices run from $3,415 to $63,123 plus HST — a small single-axle utility trailer at the bottom, a tri-axle gooseneck at the top. Every price sits on the page beside the trailer rather than behind a "call for pricing" form, and they come straight from the manufacturer's current sheet. See the full lineup with prices.

Delivery is quoted with your price, based on the trailer and the distance — not a flat rate, because a 5x10 utility going to Petrolia and a gooseneck going to Windsor are not the same job.

Where we deliver

Sarnia Leamington Windsor Chatham-Kent Strathroy Petrolia Wallaceburg Forest Grand Bend Dresden

All of Southwestern Ontario west of London and St. Thomas, out to the US border. Not sure if we reach you? Call and ask.

Is there a lot I can walk around?

No — and that is deliberate. We do not rent a yard, which keeps the overhead out of the price. If the model you want is sitting at the manufacturer's yard, we can arrange for you to meet us there and look it over before you commit; weekends are usually fine with a bit of notice.

How soon can I have it?

Many small and medium trailers go out in a day to a week. Larger models can take a few weeks, and up to three months if frames are not ready for assembly. Call for the real answer on a specific model rather than trusting a date on a page.

How does paying work?

A $1,000 deposit by e-transfer holds the trailer for you, and it is non-refundable. The balance is due on delivery and can be e-transfer, certified cheque, bank draft or cash.

Is financing available?

Yes, through a partner. You apply by email or text and they contact you about credit and terms. How financing works.

Do you take trade-ins?

No — new models only. If you need to move an old trailer first, we will sometimes help you advertise it so you can buy new once it sells.

What about warranty?

Every new trailer carries a one-year structural warranty. Ask us about the current terms on the model you are considering before you order.
